Frequently Asked Questions
Sync is part of FoxFit Pro. Sign into the same Apple ID on each device, leave iCloud Drive on, and FoxFit takes care of the rest. There is no FoxFit account to create.
Yes. FoxFit stores your workouts in your own iCloud account, encrypted by Apple. We do not run any servers that hold your data, we have no analytics on individual users, and we have no technical way to see what you have logged.
FoxFit Pro includes the Watch app. You can run an entire workout from your wrist (sets, weights, rest timers, the lot) without your iPhone in the room. When your devices reconnect, the data is already where it should be.
Yes. From settings, you can export your full workout history as JSON or CSV. Use it for a coach, a spreadsheet, a backup, or whatever you like. Your data is yours.
FoxFit Free includes full workout tracking on iPhone and iPad, over 150 curated exercises, your complete workout history, basic progress charts, muscle map visualisation, cycle tracking via HealthKit, and up to 3 workout templates. FoxFit Pro adds the Apple Watch app, multi-device sync across iPhone, iPad, Watch and Mac, unlimited templates, custom exercises, detailed reports with AI-generated insights, achievements and activity levels, smart exercise alternatives, body measurements tracking, and PDF reports with data export. If the problem persists, fill in the form below with as much detail as you can: what you were trying to do, what actually happened, and which device and OS version you are on. The more specific you are, the faster we can pin it down.
App Store purchases, including FoxFit Pro subscriptions, are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
